K. Casey Shea is an experienced designer and technical writer based in Upstate, New York.

She began her career studying communications design at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York and was working on the United Nations Umoja Project, before joining IBM as a Content Designer. Casey also holds a BA in International Relations from SUNY New Paltz, and has completed two semesters abroad at Tianjin University of Science and Technology in Tianjin, China.
